Stormy hailed as hero vs Trump
LOS ANGELES— Stormy Daniels was given ceremonial keys to the California city of West Hollywood on Wednesday to celebrate her court battle with US President Donald Trump over sex with Trump more than a decade ago. The porn star sued Trump, who denied the fling, to invalidate a nondisclosure agreement made days before the 2016 presidential election that prevented Daniels from talking about the sexual encounter. “This community has a history of standing up to bullies and speaking truth to power,” she said at the ceremony. Daniels, 39, was being celebrated for her “leadership in the #Resist movement,” said officials in West Hollywood. “Out of all the chaos of the Trump administration, our own Lady Godiva appeared on horseback,” said West Hollywood Mayor John Duran.—
