BOUTIQUE DEVELOPER BREAKS GROUND DELIVERY ON SCHEDULE FOR 2022
Staying true to its timetable, boutique developer C-5 Mansions Development Corp. broke ground last March 26 for Ridgewood Towers Premier, the centerpiece in its Ridgewood Square development along C5.
Scheduled for completion in 2022, Ridgewood Towers Premier completes the four-tower development that offers great value and investment opportunity for today’s new generation of mobile professionals.
C- 5 Mansions general manager Alfonso Keh Jr. said at the groundbreaking ceremony: “This milestone affirms our promise to have Ridgewood Towers Premier available by 2022. Located at the periphery of Bonifacio Global City, Ridgewood Towers Premier offers the convenience of proximity to the country’s fast rising business and financial hubs.
Such proximity was noticed immediately by C-5 Mansions’ founding chairman, the late Richard Chiongbian, when he saw this prime piece of land in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

“These are exciting times, indeed,” Keh remarked, adding that such intense activity has only “drummed up investor interest” for his project.
Early bird investors are already excited at the prospect of receiving their Ridgewood Tower Premier units on time.
A semi-furnished one bedroom with balcony unit would easily reach a monthly lease rate in the mid-teens and pro- jected to be leased out fast, given the projections for rosy employment forecasts in the BGC area over the next few years.
