Carlos rules Riviera

Jobim Carlos birdied three of his last six holes Saturday to carve out a four-under-par 67 and rule the ICTSI Riviera Classic, finally breaking through individually as a pro. The former San Francisco University standout, whose had close shaves in the past, picked up shots on the 13th, 15th and 16th holes to complete the come-from-behind win and finally get over the hump, tallying 279 over the complex’ wind-swept layout here. Antonio Lascuna finished two shots back in second place after a 70.
