DMCI HOMES SET TO LAUNCH THE ATHERTON

-

DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, is set to launch this July its newest condominium development along Dr. A. Santos Ave. (formerly Sucat Road), Parañaque City.

The Atherton is a three 15storey residential development offering one-bedroom and twobedroom units and more than one hectare of outdoor resortinspired amenities designed to complement the laidback atmosphere in the south.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings is aiming to capture anew the upgrading market in the area, following the success of its earlier projects in the vicinity such as Arista Place, Asteria Res- idences and Calathea Place.

“The success of our previous ventures reflects the growing number of new middle-income households in southern Metro Manila since most of our buyers are startup families,” explained DMCI Homes president Alfredo R. Austria. “With The Atherton, we hope to help address the ris- ing demand for housing by midincome families by continuing to design and build homes that best fit their lifestyle and budget.”

The Arista Place and Asteria Residences are sold out while ongoing project Calathea Place is 85 percent pre-sold as of May 2018.

Bulk of the buyers of the three projects were upgraders from the highly-residential community in Parañaque City. These projects offered attractive propositions to investors because of their strategic locations and also to families based in the provinces of Laguna and Cavite who are looking for a half-way home near business centers in Metro Manila.

All three buildings will feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Technology which allows ambient light and fresh air to permeate the structure and all unit spaces within through three-storey high openings called Sky Patios.
