Stars’ exorbitant fees shock insider

-

Calling the taxman…

Showbiz Spy got stunned by some local celebrities’ bloated talent fees.

SS was informed that Veteran Idol’s asking price comes in the whopping six figures—and it’s in dollars!

VI’s handlers are only being practical, considering the volatile foreign currency exchange rate these days.

SS was also stupefied to learn that the salary of another luminary, Gaudy Vixen, is almost twice that of VI’s and it’s also in dollars!

SS was aghast. “They must be delusional,” ranted SS, who would rather deal with Hollywood dignitaries to get true value for the clients’ moolah.

Armand a leg

Another pricey celeb is Winsome Personality.

Those in the know avoid WP, whose handlers can be a tad demanding.

On top of a hefty talent fee, WP also asks for other privileges. WP will only work with the same team. And, of course, the entire production would cost an arm and a leg.

But is WP really worth all the trouble? Especially since WP is sooo last year. Indeed, there are bigger and brighter stars in the firmament.

WP should rethink this tactic, which has turned off not a few former fans.

Heartbreak hotel

Look who’s checking in at the Heartbreak Hotel…

Bodacious Damsel is pur- portedly distraught upon learning that beloved partner, Controversial Hooligan, is back to old ways. According to a mole, CH has betrayed BD once again—not just emotionally, but financially, as well.

Are these setbacks the reason behind BD’s deterioration? BD was supposed to be well on the road to recovery.

CH’s shenanigans, however, broke not just BD’s heart, but spirit, as well.

Caught in the act

Remember Ravishing Hottie who romped away with bestie’s lover?

Notorious Rival found out about the clandestine affair rather unceremoniously.

Pals NR and RH were out partying one night. NR needed to confirm a piece of information. RH volunteered to Google it on the phone.

Alas, their common paramour sent in a barrage of sweet messages while NR was holding RH’s phone. Confronted by the evidence, RH couldn’t help fessing up.

And that was the end of a beautiful friendship.

Hostess from hell

From the Inquirer tabloid Bandera:

Close associates know Pugnacious Jezebel very well.

They are aware of PJ’s duplicitous ways. If the guests were rich, powerful and generous with gifts, PJ would trip all over the family mansion’s tacky decor, playing the perfect hostess to the hilt.

But if the visitors were ordinary folks, PJ would remain cooped up in the master’s bedroom, declining to hobnob with the hoi polloi.

PJ refuses to entertain destitute constituents, that’s why.
