Makati Shangri-La Manila celebrates Japanese ‘Summer Collection’ at Inagiku
Inagiku, the premier Japanese restaurant at Makati Shangri-La, Manila, offers an authentic collection of Japanese fare inspired by summer in Japan.
Japanese Chef Wataru Hikawa channels this in a collection of dishes using only the freshest produce harvested during the season, available from July 11 to Aug. 10.
The Summer Collection menu of Inagiku features a curated menu, featuring specialties such as ice ebi onigara yaki (grilled lobster with teriyaki sauce), shitabirame (teppan sale fish with garlic butter), and unagi sasameshi (steamed eel and rice wrapped with bamboo leaf), to name a few.
Guests may enjoy these delectable dishes paired with a se- lection of refreshing cocktail connections infused with Japanese plum wine, in flavors of Kishu, Ramman and Umeshu Iced Tea.
