The Sizzlin’ Chef’s Specials will keep lunch and dinner time warm and tasty with mouthwatering set meals at super great value, and even a bit of artsy flambé cooking by your tableside. Just choose from four main entrées–Steak Diane in café de Paris sauce (P745), pan-seared Norwegian salmon in lemon orange glaze (P655), prawns in bisque sauce (P695), and marinated chicken fillet in madeira sauce (P575)–and you get free homemade Caesar salad, potato and corn chowder soup, and El Fuego Dulce or vanilla butter cake with toffee apple filling topped with torched merengue and vanilla ice cream.
