LLOYDS ENERGY PURSUES PHILIPPINES LNG HUB PROJECT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
Lloyds Energy has expressed its intent to the Department of Energy (DOE) to participate in the development and construction of the Philippines’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) hub. In a pre-application conference held at the DOE last 6 September 2018, officials of Lloyds Energy led by its Chairman Chalid Arrab, Chief Operating Officer David Howe and Executive Director Brett Wight met with DOE Assistant Secretary Leonido J. Pulido III, Director Rino E. Abad and other members of the Natural Gas Management Division of the DOE.
