Crimson Hotel Filinvest City launches ‘Passionately Pink’ for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila is painting the town pink this October as it commemorates National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with “Passionately Pink,” a monthlong campaign that aims to spread awareness about breast cancer and bring together every mom, daughter and sister to take action against the disease.
The “Passionately Pink” campaign will include special promotions, events and activities for the benefit of STAGEZERO by Project Pink Support Group, a non-stock, non-profit organization that provides assistance and support to cancer patients and their families. STAGEZERO aims to encourage and empower patients, families and the community to conquer cancer through knowledge, emotional, social and spiritual support.
“We have started our awareness campaign against breast cancer last year in line with our efforts to give back to our community. It is also alarming to know that the Philippines has the highest incidence of breast cancer in Asia with three out of 100 Filipino women at risk of getting it in their lifetime. Both mothers and daughters are at risk of getting breast cancer. However, cancer prevention is possible if they know how to beat it. In addition to raising awareness for this meaningful cause, our main goal is to raise funds that will benefit our partner foundation --the STAGEZERO by Project Pink Support Group,” said Gerhard Doll, general manager of Crimson Hotel Fil- invest City, Manila.
In line with the “Passionately Pink” campaign, the hotel will stage “In the CompanY of Pink,” a concert for a cause featuring renowned vocal group The Company and acoustic act MYMP on Oct. 12, 7 p.m. at the Crimson Grand Ballroom. Ticket rates start at P2,500 net inclusive of cocktails. Proceeds will benefit STAGEZERO.
Guests may also avail of special “Bloom in Pink” room packages from Oct. 1-31. Overnight stay is available at P4,999 net for Deluxe Room, P5,999 net for Premier Room. Overnight stays with breakfast will be at P5,999 net for Deluxe Room, and P6,999 net for Premier Room. Both packages include Pink Surprise room amenity and a donation to STAGEZERO by Project Pink Support Group.
The hotel is also offering “Think Pink Meetings” packages for October meetings booked at the hotel, inclusive of pink lemonade, "Passionately Pink" edition of Fil the Bear, pinkthemed snacks for coffee breaks and a donation to STAGEZERO.
Various special “Passionately Pink” activities and promotions will also be held at Crimson which includes Pink Kisses Corner at Café Eight featuring pink dessert cart stuffed with Café Eight’s pink-inspired sweets, Pretty in Pink Afternoon Tea sessions at the Lobby Lounge from 3 to 5 p.m. for the whole month with Art and Sip sessions happening every Friday and Saturday, and guests can also check out Drops of Pink at the bar featuring an array of dainty drinks such as pink beer, sparkling wine and cocktails.
