PNB Savings Bank Smart Personal Loan wins Consumer Finance Product of the Year
PNB Savings Bank (PNBSB) Smart Personal Loan once again won the Consumer Finance Product of the Year Award and this time from The Asian Banker Philippine Country Awards 2018. This is the 2nd Consumer Finance Product of the Year recognition received by the Bank for its Smart Personal Loan Program this year.
Launched in October 2017, the Smart Personal Loan is unlike any other multipurpose loan in the market today. It is a total financial solution and wellness package rolled into one. The loan comes with free telemedicine services through Medgate that provides 24/7 access to Philippine-based licensed doctors in any field for medical consultation, diagnosis and treatment by phone. Borrowers are also double-insured through Allianz PNBLife, in which the life and accidental death insurance coverage is twice (2x) the principal loan amount and up to a maximum of Php 1 million. In case of death, the insurance coverage pays off the loan balance while the excess of the insurance returns is awarded to the immediate beneficiary.
