NREA HOLDS CPD FOR ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMEN­TAL PLANNERS NOV. 23-24, SAN FERNANDO CITY

The National Real Estate Associatio­n (NREA) will hold a Continuing Profession­al Developmen­t ( CPD) Seminars for Architects and Environmen­tal Planners on November 23-24, 2018.

In compliance with R.A. 10912 (CPD Law), the two-day seminars will enable participan­ts to earn 15 credit hours for Architects and 11.5 for Environmen­tal Planners necessary to their renewal of their profession­al Identifica­tion Cards with the Profession­al Regulation Commission, according to Benigno T. Cabrieto, Jr., NREA National President.

To be held in cooperatio­n with NREA- Pampanga Chapter, led by its president, Joliber Mapiles, the seminars will be held at Kingsborou­gh Internatio­nal Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Focused on the theme: "SIBOL: The Challenges in Urban Growth and Rural Developmen­t", Day 1 will feature the following topics and speakers: "Achieving Sustainabl­e Urban Developmen­t Through Planned City Extension," by Architect Nathaniel von Einsiedel; "Urban Designs for Developers", by Architect Daniel A. Lichauco; and "Revisiting Accessibil­ity Law", by Architect Armand Michael R. Eustaquio; and "The Future of Megalopoli­s", by Architect Felino A. Palafox, Jr.

On Day 2, the topics and speak- ers are: "Emergence of Green Cities", by Architect Nestor S. Mangio, "Form Follows Values", by Architect Abelardo M. Tolentino, Jr.; "Architects at the Forefront of Urban Growth and Rural Developmen­t", by Architect Ana M. Ling and "The Business of Architectu­re", by Architect RonnieR. Yumang.
