NREA HOLDS CPD FOR ARCHITECTS & ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNERS NOV. 23-24, SAN FERNANDO CITY
The National Real Estate Association (NREA) will hold a Continuing Professional Development ( CPD) Seminars for Architects and Environmental Planners on November 23-24, 2018.
In compliance with R.A. 10912 (CPD Law), the two-day seminars will enable participants to earn 15 credit hours for Architects and 11.5 for Environmental Planners necessary to their renewal of their professional Identification Cards with the Professional Regulation Commission, according to Benigno T. Cabrieto, Jr., NREA National President.
To be held in cooperation with NREA- Pampanga Chapter, led by its president, Joliber Mapiles, the seminars will be held at Kingsborough International Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Focused on the theme: "SIBOL: The Challenges in Urban Growth and Rural Development", Day 1 will feature the following topics and speakers: "Achieving Sustainable Urban Development Through Planned City Extension," by Architect Nathaniel von Einsiedel; "Urban Designs for Developers", by Architect Daniel A. Lichauco; and "Revisiting Accessibility Law", by Architect Armand Michael R. Eustaquio; and "The Future of Megalopolis", by Architect Felino A. Palafox, Jr.
On Day 2, the topics and speak- ers are: "Emergence of Green Cities", by Architect Nestor S. Mangio, "Form Follows Values", by Architect Abelardo M. Tolentino, Jr.; "Architects at the Forefront of Urban Growth and Rural Development", by Architect Ana M. Ling and "The Business of Architecture", by Architect RonnieR. Yumang.
