Libyan militias resume fighting in Tripoli

Rival militias clashed in the Libyan capital onWednesda­y, and at least five people were killed and 20 wounded, the health ministry said, splinterin­g a 4-month-old, UN-brokered ceasefire. Armored vehicles could be seen in southern Tripoli where militia groups had fought for a month until September when the United Nations engineered a ceasefire. But on Wednesday, the 7th Brigade and the Tripoli Protection Force fell back into fighting.
