It is of great honor and pride to be a part of the Insurance Commission in celebrating its 70th Anniversary.

Over the years, the Insurance Commission has proven worthy of the trust and confidence of the Insurance, Pre-Need and HMOindustries, as well as the general public for its dedication in ensuring the protection of the interests of both parties, through the implementation of fair and efficient rules and regulations.

The challenges faced by the Insurance Commission through the years have not been easy, and we know that there will still be a lot to overcome in the coming years. Nevertheless, I am confident that the Insurance Commission will continue to thrive and flourish, because we have with us people working together toward a path of a vibrant, stable and prosperous future for our country.

These hardworking men and women of the Insurance Commission truly deserve recognition for their integrity, dignity, and dedicated public service.

I would also like to extend my sincerest gratitude to President Rodrigo R. Duterte and Secretary Carlos G. Dominguez III, for their continuous support and trust in the Insurance Commission, and all its endeavors.

Together, let us welcome the future and embrace its opportunities for the betterment of our service to the Insurance, Pre-Need and HMOindustries and the general public.
