Bentley Manila opens its new showroom in the Philippines

- By Alvin Uy

Last December, Bentley Manila formally opened the doors of its new home in the country. Located at the cosmopolitan Global City, it is right at the heart of the metro’s center of economic powerbase, where the new Philippine Stock Exchange is relocated, and its surrounding high rise towers houses some of the country’s biggest corporations.

Leading the inauguration of the new showroom were PGA Cars Chairman Robert Coyiuto, Jr., Bentley Manila President Benedicto Coyiuto, and Bentley Motors Asia Pacific Director Katya Zavialova, joined by British ambassador to the Philippines Ambassador Daniel Pruce, Bentley Brand Ambassador Inigo Zobel, and Taguig City Mayor, Honorable Lani Cayetano.

“We at Bentley Manila are immensely proud to formally open the doors of its showroom here in the Philippines. Bentley’s new home not only showcases the latest Bentley model range, but also features a luxurious space for our customers,” said Benedicto Coyiuto.

Zavialova, who was present also at the pre-event round table discussions with select members of the media said that for almost a century, Bentley has represented the thrill of every journey through inspired design, fine materials, and skilled craftsmanship. Through the years, the brand has epitomized luxury, innovation, and excellence. In keeping with these values, the world-class showroom bears sophisticated design and effortless elegance, showcasing a space with a bespoke and uniquely British feel. It features a focus on personal commissioning through an ar- ray of paint, leather hide, and wooden veneer samples executed with Bentley’s signature craftsmanship and painstaking attention to detail.

It was interesting to note as well that despite the recent trend of ultra-luxury car brands taking a strong position and larger market share in the SUV segment, its Continental GT remains the strongest model in its line up. “This model properly represents the DNA of Bentley.” She added.

The newly-inaugurated showroom in Global City strictly adheres to the world-class corporate identity guidelines of Bentley. It offers a space where a luxurious experience awaits the customers. It features a three-car display area, showcasing the latest Bentley models including the Mulsanne, the Bentayga, the most luxurious and most exclusive SUV in the world, and the new Continental GT, Bentley’s renowned Grand Tourer.

The new Bentley home is also complete with a car personalization space where the customers may explore the myriad possibilities available when choosing their next Bentley. It also provides an opportunity to learn more about commissioning a truly bespoke car.

An elegant boutique and lounge await a Bentley customer as they enter the showroom. The Bentley Boutique offers a wide range of handcrafted pieces from Bentley collection, including apparel, luggage, and model cars. Also, inside the showroom is a fully-equipped bar where visitors can relax with a drink. According to Coyiuto, the new Bentley showroom is designed to be a lounge that can hold very exclusive events that cater to the A-listers.
