CENTURY PROPERTIES, MITSUBISHI MASS HOUSING TIE-UP ENTERS LAGUNA

The venture of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corp. is entering Laguna’s affordable housing market with the launch of a new subdivisio­n developmen­t with fresh inventory valued at P2.7 billion in San Pablo.

In a statement, PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) said it would launch an 18.5-hectare developmen­t with 1,640 units.

PPHI’s housing units have a footprint of at least 40 square meters (sq m) with 44 to 60.5sq m lot areas. Unit price starts at P1.3 million. A combined unit, meanwhile, is at 80 sq m with a 121-sq mlot area.

For single detached units, price starts at P2.7 million for a 54-sq m two-story unit with a 99-sq m lot area to as much as P3.3 million for a 54-sq m twostory unit with a 131-sq mlot area.

The San Pablo project also pitches activity areas that promote health and fitness. The village will have a clubhouse, swimming pool, water play area, kids’ playground, outdoor cinema and a basketball court.

Located along Maharlika Highway in Barangay San Ignacio, PHirst Park Homes is accessible via South Luzon Express- way through the Santo Tomas Exit. It is about 15 minutes away from SMCity San Pablo.

After Lipa and San Pablo, PPHI plans to launch more communitie­s in north and south Luzon, having identified growth areas with a high concentrat­ion of overseas Filipino worker families, unmet demand for housing, and where infrastruc­ture projects are in place.

Within the next four to five years, PPHI has committed to launch 15 master-planned communitie­s in Calabarzon (CaviteLagu­na-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) and Central Luzon with around 33,000 housing units priced for as low as P1 million to no more than P6 million.

PPHI’s maiden launch was in Tanza, Cavite, followed by another project in Lipa City, Batangas.
