All set to deliver the perfect ‘Vista’

The giant has awakened and is now well on top of his game. Recently named by Forbes Magazine as this year’s richest man in the Philippine­s, property tycoon Manuel Villar Jr. seemed to be in his most perfect element and in a very good position to bring his company to new heights of success.

Determined to grow his business in levels one can just imagine, the Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. chair admitted that his company took a slowdown when he entered the political arena. But with his newfound energy now focused only on growing the business, Villar claimed to deliver more surprises in the coming months.

Indeed, the main man seem to be living the lyrics of his favorite song—That’s Life.

“We did sleep for quite a while but now we have awakened. Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. is a different group now. It’s very dynamic and we are ready to greatly expand our presence in all areas where we are present,” Villar explained.

By combining the lessons he gained from both houses he headed while he was still in government with his business acumen, Villar hopes to further expand his company and be a key player in a truly exciting and challengin­g business arena of real estate developmen­t.

“What also excites me are the commercial and retail sectors which have become very dynamic. You now see dramatic changes in the retail landscape. We are aggressive now but we will be a lot more aggressive moving forward. I like surprises and for sure, we will continue to surprise the people with what we will do. We hope to achieve this through the help of our young members in the team who are also creative,” Villar shared.

“We are going to get bigger and bigger. We will continue to shock the world by again setting new standards just like how we did before. It’s time to elevate the standards and we will do this as we continue to evolve,” he further noted.
