TOYOTA SHAW AT 30

TOYOTA SHAW REALLY WANTS YOU TO KEEP YOUR CLASSIC ON THE ROAD

-

If you want to have your classic Toyota car to run for several more years, it certainly makes sense to have it done by the people who built the car in the first place.

“Toyota Shaw was still in that old location when I began to bring my Toyotas—a 1973 and 1989 Crown and then later, a 2007 Camry—to have them maintained and fixed. Every time there’s something wrong with my cars I always bring them to my Service Advisor, Toni Jacinto. If Toni is not around, there’s Bert ready ready to assist me,” relates Atty. Navarro.

He adds that the people of Toyota Shaw are very good when it comes to diagnosing any defects. “They are very meticulous and I really appreciate the many instances when they would prioritize me considering I am one of their

long-time customers.”

These days Atty. Navarro still loves to drive his 1989 Crown despite having a newer 2007 2.4 Camry.

“Among the three cars that I own, I still prefer my 1989 Crown because it’s very durable and still drives smoothly—thanks to Toyota Shaw. No wonder I am loyal to the brand and in fact, I’m planning to buy a new Hiace van. My son, as expected, also buys his car at Toyota Shaw. Indeed, it’s a family habit already,” says Atty. Navarro.

Toyota Shaw president and CEO Jonalyn P. Lim is proud to have long-time customers like Atty. Navarro.

“Garnering brand loyalty begins and ends with a dedication to customer service excellence. So whether you’re bringing a brand new model or a classic one, we always focus our energies toward creating an atmosphere of service excellence. We always remember that quality customer care has more to do with depth than width—the small things can make a big difference for long-term retention and lifelong business relationships.

Toyota Shaw General Manager Al Serrano adds the team also strives to delight one customer at a time considering they are the heart of the company’s business.

“Among Toyota Shaw’s values also include “Learning / Innovativeness” wherein learning at all levels of the organization is promoted and innovation to be ahead of the competition and responsive to the needs of our customers is always pursued,” informs Serrano.
