In the Oct. 24 issue, a story on Page A7—“NUPL: PAO blocking Veloso deposition” carried an erroneous lead paragraph. Mary Jane Veloso’s camp have appealed only to the Public Attorney’s Office (Pao)—not with a local court—to stop blocking her deposition in her drug trafficking case.
