BGC NOW AGLOW WITH FAIRY LIGHTS OF CHRISTMAS
Swirling fairies, pixie dust and dancing lights came together in a magical fairytale as Bonifacio Global City (BGC) held its annual Christmas lighting ceremony, “Aglow: A BGC Christmas Fairytale,” to officially welcome the holidays last Nov. 20 at Bonifacio High Street.
The night was filled with enchantment as BGC unveiled its stunning 55-foot Christmas tree centerpiece on 7th Avenue, alongside a sea of twirling fairies awakened by the genuine wish of kids who are beneficiaries of the Christmas Aklat Project led by Fort Bonifacio Development Foundation, BGC’S social responsibility arm.
A spectacular fireworks display then lit up the evening sky. And as fairy dust rained on the venue, the centerpiece burst into a brilliant blaze of colors, lit in all its splendor.
Guests were guided by fairies carrying lanterns to a holiday dinner treat under the stars at the Bonifacio High Street Park which was filled with shining lights, creating a truly magical spectacle. Indeed, BGC was aglow.

Dec. 1-2, “BGC Passionfest 2019: Passion Playground”—an annual city fiesta with loads of food, games, music and the arts. Highlights include a free concert by Coke Studio featuring Sarah G, The Juans and St. Wolf, and a fun run.
Dec. 7-8, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”; Dec. 15-23, anticipated community Simbang Gabi; all Fridays of December, BGC fireworks display, 8 p.m., Bonifacio High Street Central; all Sundays of December, Santa Meet and Greet, 4-7 p.m., G/F, One Bonifacio High Street (near Zara); Dec. 31, New Year’s countdown on 5th Avenue, BGC.
