The 2019 Revised Corporatio­n Code of the Philippine­s that took effect last February 23 will have tremendous impact on all corporatio­ns in the Philippine­s. This one-day training comprehens­ively discussed not only the new law and its interpreta­tion but also covered updates on all the essential Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulation­s issued from the start of 2019 up to the present. Participan­ts learned what are still relevant or have become irrelevant, and the recent jurisprude­nce affecting different corporatio­ns. It is your business to know the significan­t changes in the new laws given its effect to all corporatio­ns across industries including GOCCS.

This program featured former Director of Corporate Governance and Finance Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Atty. Justina Callangan.
