AGRICULTURIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION TOPNOTCHER

Karl Louisse D. Obispo, faculty member of the Department of Animal Science at the College of Agriculture, Food, Environment and Natural Resources (CAFENR), Cavite State University (CVSU) in Indang, Cavite, ranked no. 3 out of 13,492 examinees, in the November 2019 Licensure Examination for Agriculturists. Currently, Obispo is on study leave, taking up graduate studies leading to Master of Science major in Animal Science. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, major in Animal Science, cum laude, at CVSU in 2018. He was awarded as the Most Outstanding CAFENR student and became champion in the 7th National Agricultural Science Contest in 2018. Karl is son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Malou Obispo of Sampaloc 1, City of Dasmariñas in Cavite. Meanwhile, CVSU ranked fifth among the schools offering agriculture courses, with 80 percent passing percentage during the November 2019 examination.
