PREMIER FAMILY LIVING EXPERIENCE WITH OVIALAND

- By Vaughn Alviar @INQ_Property

“It’s just semantics,” the expression goes. People say this when they think that someone is needlessly deep-diving into the meanings behind words.

But semantics is weighty for Fatima “Pammy” Olivares-Vital, the president of Ovialand Inc. (OLI), especially when talking about the company slogan: “Premier family living.”

“It’s such a beautiful mission,” she said. She has, thus, made it her personal crusade to ensure that the company sticks to its promise through topnotch service, communities, and house-and-lot packages.

“Premier starts at the first step,” she said, referring to the first OLI guarantee: premier service. When you visit the OLI office in San Pablo, Laguna, you are greeted by the staff and provided with bottled water. You will not wait for hours on hard chairs. Instead, you will sit in stylish sofas.

Despite the sense of luxury, OLI’s equity remains among the lowest in its market segment, said Vital. “Part of premier service is making the unit attainable. In pricing, when equity goes above P200,000, we go back to the drawing board.”

When you decide to buy a unit, you are given your own account officer, who will address all queries and ensure all requirements, especially in the rigorous loan processing, are met.

“Service is not just training people to use ‘po.’ It is getting things done and making you feel that you are buying your dream home,” Vital said.

The second assurance is premier communities. Even when units go for as low as P1.9 million, the builder ensures the inclusion of thoughtful, premium choice amenities.

Caliya in Candelaria, Quezon, has an eye-catching gate. The village has a chapel overlooking Mt. Banahaw, a clubfamilies house and infinity pool, a sports park and a playground. Sannera in San Pablo, Laguna, has a swimming pool with a modern Asian deck, an open park with a tennis court. The playground has premium items and a fence that ensures kids’ safety. All these are expected to allow OLI homebuyers to enjoy their new community and feel right at home.

For this year alone, OLI is building 600 houses. That’s 600

moving into their new dream homes, Vital said, as she pointed out the final guarantee of premier homes. Housing units are themed: Sannera (completion in the first quarter of 2022) is modern Asian, Caliya (third quarter, 2023) is Filipino-Spanish, and the new Savana (fourth quarter, 2021), also in San Pablo, is American. Homes are turned over furnished with tiles and ceilings, locks and covered slots for airconditioning units.

“The big idea there is that all you need to do is move in.

It’s complete. We don’t want you troubled,” Vital noted.

Several organic vlogs on YouTube and Facebook attest to OLI’s success in providing “premier family living” to Filipino families.

“The home is the setting for all of life’s next dreams. It will dictate many big things—if you will succeed and be happy, if your family will be united and harmonious,” Vital said. “Whenever we expand, the question is always: Is it premier family living?”
