Why Nico and Solenn are teaching Tili to love water
Nico Bolzico and Solenn Heussaff, who are endorsing Nature’s Spring Water, are teaching their 1-year-old daughter Tili an important health lesson: They’re training her to develop a water habit, since they both lead active lifestyles and keep themselves always hydrated and detoxified.
Nico admits to being a water junkie, who consumes about 5 liters of water a day. “When you hydrate, your skin looks better, and your body works better,” he explains.
“Water flushes out waste from our bodies, regulates body temperature, helps brain function and gives us the energy we need throughout the day,” says Solenn.
Nature’s Spring Water is celebrating its 30th anniversary in July.
