Drone and flying car enthusiast Kyxz Mendiola maneuvers his hoverboard over Subic Bay in an attempt to break a record for manned hoverboard flight. The Subic Bay Freeport has further eased restrictions on people’s movements following the latest travel protocols issued by the national pandemic task force.
