So the person who got vaccinated in both QC and Mandaluyong (with a booster shot) was filed with charges. How about that congressman from another LGU who nonchalantly (and proudly) admitted that he got a booster shot? Pretty sure he won’t be charged. Kenn Samala, @Keniji
