CLI EXPANDS TO EASTERN VISAYAS WITH CASA MIRA HOMES ORMOC
Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has accelerated its expansion to Eastern Visayas with the recent launch of the 9-hectare Casa Mira Homes Ormoc.
Set to be completed in 2023, Casa Mira Homes Ormoc is a 685-unit subdivision project that offers townhouses and single-detached units with floor areas ranging from 42 sqm to 62 sqm. Pre-selling activities preceded the launch of this P950 million development, which is now close to 70 percent sold, owing to the popularity of the listed company’s economic housing brand. CLI expects to generate as much as P2 billion in sales from this project.
“We are pleased that Casa Mira has facilitated the company’s expansion to untapped markets like Ormoc. At the same time, it has offered prospective families in VisMin a chance to make the big leap to first-time homeownership,” CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III said.
Casa Mira Homes Ormoc is the 11th Casa Mira development in VisMin. The residential brand is designed with generous amenities such as chapels, swimming pools, play areas, basketball and tennis courts and wide open spaces in line with its promise to offer more for the Filipino family.
For this year alone, the leading VisMin developer is set to launch 20 new projects including more Casa Mira communities in Cebu, Ormoc, Bacolod, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Dumaguete and Palawan. Prior to Ormoc, Casa Mira had launched a four-tower residential condominium in Bacolod City, offering studio and one-bedroom units.
Homes tailored to meet the preferences and needs of each location have propelled CLI to become the Visayas-Mindanao residential market leader in terms of inventory, according to a recent study of SKF.
CLI currently has a portfolio of 63 residential projects across VisMin, offering close to 30,000 units for the highend, mid-market and economic segments. Total sales value of these projects stands at P73.6 billion.
