The investee company of information technology firm DFNN Inc. introduced an end-to-end online trading platform that seeks to boost inclusive market participation amid the closing of the local bourse’s physical trading floor.

iWave Inc. recently launched “NEXT-WAVE” Interactive Broker Platforms and Systems, an application-based platform that includes complete back office, customer relationship, digital marketing and secure identity solutions for trading participants and retail investors.

This system was developed in partnership with technology partner DirectFN. DFNN said that the digital trading platform received “very positive feedback” when presented to trading participants.

The processing of transactions is done real time which means trades are executed quickly, DFNN said.

For cost management purposes, the users can tap the NEXT-WAVE platform via subscription basis.

“The retail channel of the trading platform is designed to leverage the untapped market consisting of young professionals and first-time investors who are starting to learn and navigate the intricacies of the stock market,” the listed firm said, noting that the app has e-learning modules for novice traders.

The platform also features a unified digital direct messaging system using mobile messages, email and direct messaging apps like Viber and WhatsApp.

DFNN noted that iWave has an extensive experience in crafting and managing proprietary technology solutions for processing high-volume secure transactions for the financial industry.
