The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards by Lamudi named Kizuna Heights by Vista Residences as the Best Mixed-Use Developmen­t of the Year ( Luzon).

An online multinatio­nal platform, Lamudi recognizes outstandin­g projects and developers at the conclusion of its annual Philippine Real Estate Conference. Esteemed real estate luminaries and personalit­ies were selected to join the panel of judges who evaluated and shortliste­d the submission­s in each category. The final winners were determined based on a survey among Lamudi’s network of property seekers and brokers.
