Developer stands out for a good reason PORAC

- By Vaughn Alviar @INQ_Property Pampanga

There are perfectly good reasons why Suntrust Properties Inc. is one of the most preferred real estate developers today.

This respected property firm, for one, stands out, owing to its thoughtful considerations and commitments whenever it builds new communities in different locales across the country. It does not only provide masterplanned enclaves, but also methodically curates its projects to ensure that each project will resonate with the community, echo its vibe, and pay homage to its cultural heritage.

In doing so, Suntrust was able to deliver remarkable, well-designed projects available at prices attainable to many Filipino families. Here are some of them.

In Porac, Pampanga, Suntrust is currently building a 22.6-ha flagship project named The Arcadia. It is a development meant to provide a beautiful address to homebuyers pouring into Central Luzon thanks to postpandemic learnings, realities and demands, as well as the concerted push to transform the region into an economic hub just an hour or so northward from the nation’s capital.

The Arcadia, Suntrust’s first major development in Pampanga, is a paradise community highlighting both the countryside appeal of Porac and its emerging possibilities as a centrally located town. The neighborhood is near major provincial thoroughfares like the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and North Luzon Expressway (NLEx), as well as regional airports and seaport.

Despite the activity around it, the expansive village intends to keep the suburban vibe by offering resort-inspired amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool and pocket parks. Last year, as part of the anniversary celebrations of Suntrust, employees planted trees on the site of The Arcadia, signifying just how the developer will keep its promise of delivering standout homes that will fit well into the scenery of Porac.
