WHO DID BEST IN WATERWAY CLEANUP?
Officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) National Capital Region hold a press conference on Tuesday to announce the launch of the Gawad Taga-Ilog Search for the Improved Estero in Metro Manila. The DENR introduced the award to recognize the efforts of Metro Manila barangays in keeping their waterways clean and trash-free.
