EMPIRE EAST TOPS OFF THE WEST TOWER OF MANGO TREE RESIDENCES

-

The construction of Empire East’s Mango Tree Residences has continued steadily, resulting in the topping off of the West Residences, the first tower in this 0.3-ha development.

“The West Residences of Mango Tree Residences is a high-rise development offering 38 levels with about six to ten suites per floor,” said Empire East executive vice president for Project Development Ricky S. Libago. “Topping off one tower of this two-tower project demonstrates our commitment to a continuous construction that will soon prepare the units for turnover to its homeowners.”

As the economy slowly opens and face-to-face gatherings have resumed, businesses and construction activities have also continued operations.

“Our aim is for Mango Tree Residences’ homeowners to receive value for their investment beyond the project’s charming on-stilts design,” said Empire East president and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu. “Mango Tree Residences will preserve the natural mango trees around its perimeter and offer functional amenities like a lap swimming pool and a kiddie pool, a fitness gym, an al fresco lounge and function rooms.”

Mango Tree Residences is located along M. Paterno corner Ledesma Streets in San Juan, close to schools, malls and business districts from Manila to Makati. Mango Tree Residences is ideal for working professionals and new families who desire to live in a serene and safe community.
