THIS WEEK’S FESTIVALS

The Higantes Festival in Angono, Rizal, and the Paru-paro Festival in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, scheduled between Nov. 20 and Nov. 26, will push through with participants and spectators urged to observe minimum health and safety protocols based on the alert level system for COVID-19 response.
