ABACORE TO DEVELOP BATANGAS TOURISM ESTATE

AbaCore Capital Holdings Inc. is set to develop a four-star hotel, amusement park, residential community and commercial establishments through a joint venture with Highsource Prime Building Inc.

In a disclosure on Thursday, the listed company said its wholly-owned subsidiary Philippine Regional Investment Development Corp. inked the memorandum of agreement for the mentioned property developments.
