‘Home of Big Ideas’ delivers early holiday treats to shoppers
Agroup of Wilcon Depot’s loyal shoppers enters the holidays with good cheer after winning generous prizes at the 45th anniversary raffle of the Philippines’ leading home improvement and construction supply retailer.
Eight lucky individuals each won a whopping P200,000 worth of Wilcon e-gift certificates after the Nov. 14 electronic draw from entries sourced nationwide, held in the presence of Wilcon Depot’s leaders, partners and a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry. The eight came from Metro Manila, North and South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Metro Manila has two winners namely Erick Estrada and Helen Co, whose raffle entries came from Wilcon Depot IT Hub in Makati and Wilcon Depot Balintawak in Quezon City, respectively.
Half of the winners’ circle hail from the rest of Luzon. From North Luzon are Kevin Del Rosario of Wilcon Depot Gapan in Nueva Ecija and Maureen Omboy of Wilcon Depot Iguig in Cagayan. Winning the e-gift certificates in South Luzon were Lorelie Gaspe and Dario De Rapite of Wilcon Depot Lipa and Wilcon Depot Batangas, respectively.
Winner Encarnacion Irlandez shopped at Wilcon Depot Tacloban in Leyte while Jorowen Palisbo won from his entries at Wilcon Depot Opol in Misamis Oriental. These two represent Visayas and Mindanao.
The winners are now bound for a big home shopping spree, picking out from the brand’s wide selection of products and enjoying its comprehensive solutions. They are privileged to achieve what Wilcon Depot’s recent campaign heralds, “Better Spaces for Better Lives,” on the company’s own tab.
Thousands of Wilcon Depot patrons joined the “Wilcon 45 Years Raffle Promo.” All Wilcon Depot and Wilcon Home Essentials stores across the Philippines participated in the activity, which was exclusively available to Wilcon Loyalty cardholders or My Wilcon App registered users.
The promo welcomed raffle entries from Oct. 1 to 31. Those who participated simply had to register and create an account at a dedicated website, then log in to submit their sales invoice number and purchase amount. For a single-receipt purchase amounting to a minimum of P5,000, shoppers received one electronic raffle entry, serving as their ticket for the raffle draw. The more a customer visited and hit the minimum value within the promo period, the better their odds were of winning.
The promo was Wilcon Depot’s bombastic “thank-you gift” to its loyal customers who have helped it grow its presence over the past 45 years to 81 locations.
