COP THIS ‘ONE PIECE’ COLLAB
Sneaker brand Vans has partnered with Japanese anime series “One Piece” for a collection of footwear and apparel. The Vans x One Piece collection follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew to find the One Piece. The lineup includes the Vans’ classic Sk8-Hi Punk Hazard featuring a 360-degree graphic that wraps from the lateral side of the shoe, representing the fire side of the island, to the medial side representing the frozen side.
Another highlight is the Vans Classic Old Skool featuring the infamous devil fruits from the series. The Vans Classic Authentic in this collection is inspired by the heritage Americana nautical style and features a jute fabric upper and embroidery with iconic “One Piece” symbols, paying tribute to the Straw Hat Cap.
The spirit of “One Piece” is also featured in the offering of Vans Skate Classics with the iconic Wanted posters of “Cat Burglar” Nami on the Skate Sk8-Hi in orange and the “Demon Child” Nico Robin in purple on the Skate Old Skool. Both styles feature the “One Piece” logo wrapping around the outsole.
Japanese artist Cookie! also joined forces with Vans in creating special hoodies and T-shirts that features the all-time favorite character Chopper.
