-

Vista Land, the country’s leading integrated property developer and the largest homebuilder, launched two of its Vista Estates master planned developments in North Luzon: Provence and Verida last night. Vista Land is investing in these master planned developments making good on its promise to its homebuyers and investors, to continue to create offerings, and deliver excellent long-term investment growth.

On November 26, 2022, Vista Land, the country’s leading integrated property developer and the largest homebuilder, successfully launched two of its Vista Estates masterplanned developments in North Luzon: Provence and Verida. Graciously hosted by the stunning Nicole Laurel-Asensio, the exciting launch was held at the LausGroup Event Centre in San Fernando, Pampanga. Aptly called Elements: The Essence of Exquisite Living, the event put front and center the classical elements believed to be the building blocks of life – earth, water, fire, and air – each serving as fitting metaphors for the estates of Provence and Verida.

Leading the toast to the successful launch of Provence and Verida by Vista Estates were Jerylle Luz Quismundo, Vista Land’s Chief Operating Officer, and Ailene Sarmiento, Vista Estates Division Head for North Luzon. Presenting the grand masterplan design of Provence and Verida were Vista Land’s masterplanner, Architect Peter Estanislao, together with Concept Development Officer, Engr. Laimar Lucena, and Planning Head, Architect Frances Francisco.

Filling the venue with awe and amusement, and beautifully telling the story of the elements through the enthralling art of air dancing were the award-winning spiral dancer, Kristel de Catalina, and the company of Beasthouse. Providing the delectable feast were the premier banquet masters of Tantoco’s Catering.

Born out of the grand vision of no less than Vista Land’s Chairman, Manny B. Villar, Vista Estates is a collection of prime masterplanned megacities offering unique, premium and sustainable lifescapes, all within a single expansive development.

Inspired by the joy of living in the region of Provence in Southeastern France, where Mediterranean calm meets modern-day dynamism, Provence by Vista Estates, strategically located in the City of Malolos in Bulacan, aims to re-create this distinct Provençal architecture and opulent upscale living. The spaces within Provence are vast and airy, yet the overall vibe is warm, cozy, and rustic. Organic elements such as exposed bricks, native stones, terra cotta tiles, and faded finishes cover the edifices within this expansive metropolis. With these aesthetic components of Provence’s architecture, the elements of air and fire perfectly characterize Provence, an estate inspired by the warmth and sea breeze of the French Mediterranean.

Verida, on the other hand, is inspired by Singapore – ranked as the most sustainable city in Asia and the fourth in the world according to the 2018 Sustainable Cities Index. Today, it is recognized as a “City in a Garden,” due to the presence of parks and green spaces with nearly 50% green cover and 72 hectares of rooftop gardens and green walls. Vista Land aims to create the same green nexus within the city of Balanga in Bataan. A portmanteau of the Spanish “verde” and “vida”—meaning green and life— Verida sits on about 50 hectares of prime land. It perfectly embodies the elements “earth” and “water” – both life-giving elements which are the hallmarks of this green lifescape.

These estates may have different characters on the outside, but both have the elements that comprise a life well-lived. Whether you choose to live within a French Mediterranean abode in

Provence, or in a smart, garden city in Verida, you will get to live, work, play, invest, and all points in between, and discover for yourself the joys of living an exquisite life.

Vista Land is investing in these masterplanned developments, making good on its promise to its homebuyers and investors, to continue to create superior offerings, and deliver excellent long- term investment growth.
