A bigger and better SM City Baliwag

-

BALIWAG in Bulacan is known for its rich cultural tradition and exquisite crafts—buntal hat and silk weaving, embroidery, cigar cases, and Sillas de Becjos or cane chairs—all of fine quality and known in many parts of the world.

Today, as the major commerce, transportation, entertainment, and educational center of Northern Luzon, Baliwag is the site of one of two SMMalls in the province.

Located on DRT Highway in Barangay Pagala, SM City Baliwag opened its doors to the public in December 2008.

The mall just got bigger and better with its recent expansion, a testament to Baliwag’s resilience and thriving economy.

The four-storey extension building includes exciting shops like Payless Shoesource and Mia Maison.

There are also health, beauty, and wellness services offered by Let’s Face it, Dermacare, Flawless, London Eyelash, Dental Place, Dental Avenue, GQ Barber Shop, Orange Blush Salon, Fix Bench Salon, David’s Salon, and Nail-a-holics.

There’s also a lot of foodie fun at specialty restaurants like Giligan’s, Bagnetified and Champas; and coffee shops like Starbucks and Bo’s Coffee.

The expansion also highlights its state-of-the-art cyberzone at the second floor.

Mall goers can view the latest and most innovative technology at Cyberzone; and check out stylish mobile phones and gadgets from Samsung, CD-R King, Octagon, Huawei Cellboy, Fone Range, Digibabe, Cherry Mobile, Cloudfone, SKK Mobile, Screen Secure, Firefly Mobile, Smart, Globe and Halo.

Soon to open are restaurants like Yellow Cab, Choobi Choobi, Seafood Restaurant, Kogi-Q-Buffet, and Cabalen; and wellness center Bioessence.

The additional single level garage located above the threestorey shopping center/offices provides generous parking.

For customer convenience, the parking structure is cohesive into the overall design with a service and dock area located at the back of the mall.

Soon to open are BPO offices at the third level that will give employment opportunities to Bulakeños.

Another addition to the mall expansion is the SM City Baliwag Central Terminal which will feature 533 private car parking slots, 10 bus terminal slots, 17 jeepney terminal slots, 18 FX terminal slots and 63 tricycle terminal slots for customer convenience, efficiency, comfort, and security and safety while traveling.
