ADVANCING the science of home water purification through the eSpring Water Treatment System earned Amway the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Water Filtration Company of the Year award.
For a sixth consecutive year, Amway and the eSpring brand have been recognized by Frost & Sullivan for their water treatment best practices award for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
eSpring is the world’s number one selling brand of home water treatment systems, and according to Mitchell Urbytes, director of Global Home Brands for Amway, the Asia Pacific region plays a critical role in the eSpring brand’s global business.
“As an industry leader, we are humbled to once again receive this honor. We realize we have a great responsibility to perform at very high levels for our customers,” said Urbytes.
“Amway’s best practice implementation, product leadership, extensive investment in maximizing customer value, and impressive brand recognition have established the company as a preferred brand for home water filters,” said Janice Wung, industry analyst for Frost & Sullivan’s Asia Pacific Energy & Environment Practice.
“Amway’s precise and innovative market strategies have earned the company a leading position in established countries and successful entry into newly penetrated markets.”
The eSpring brand is a leader among the best home water treatment systems in the world.

The innovative eSpring water treatment system is the only system that uses patented eCoupled wireless power technology to ingeniously transmit electricity through air, water and plastic components to light the unit’s UV lamp without direct-contact electrical connections.
eSpring water treatment system was the first to be certified to all 15 NSF/ANSI 401 Emerging Contaminants, which includes pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and herbicides, in addition to certifications for more than 140+ health-effecting contaminants like Lead and Mercury.
