The University Tower España is one of the many residential condominiums that Prince Jun Development has built over the past years.
It also has a 24-storey building along Moret St.; a 32 storey tower along Galicia St.; a 38storey condominium in Malate, Manila; and the 48-storey tower along P. Noval St.—all of which are strategically located near educational institutions to cater to the increasing residential requirements of the students.
