INTELENET TAPPED INTELLICARE AS HEALTHCARE SERVICES PROVIDER

Makati City, Philippines, 30 May 2018 – Intelenet Global Philippines, a leading third party provider of BPO services with a Philippine workforce of over 3,000, formally signed a healthcare services agreement with Intellicare, one of the leading HMOs in the country, to be their healthcare services provider.

In a short interview with Mr. Marvin Pasia, Intelenet’s Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, he shared that Business Process Outsourcing or BPO is a competitive industry, and availing an HMO for their company is needed to support their employees in boosting their perfor- mance. They value their workforce by including HMOcoverage in the compensation and benefits regardless of position in the organization.

Mr. Pasia continued that they chose Intellicare as their HMO due to consistently good feedback from current partners that are also in the BPO industry. They also considered Intellicare as the best in customer service and benefit plan design.

Also present in the signing ceremony is Lockton Philippines, an insurance broker that specializes in employee benefits with particular focus on health, risk, and well-being.
