WHY GO

Indulge in an exquisite array of Cantonese fare while enjoying a panoramic view of the Davao skyline. Service is impeccable and the ambience, while very formal, is cosy and welcoming.

TATLER TIPS

You can never go wrong with their dim sum; the hakao (prawn dumpling) is a highlight what with its succulent prawns cocooned in perfectly steamed crystal wrapper, while the shao lung pao requires extra caution due to its delightful steaming hot soup within. The roast suckling pig combination is a play on the palate, with different textures and flavours. The crunchy skin is irresistible. Relish the freshest offerings from the live seafood selection, of which the Yin Yang Garoupa, cooked two ways, takes centre stage. This light dish pairs well with the braised bean curd with mushrooms and green vegetables.
