The 11th Manila Food and Beverage Expo (MAFBEX), in cooperation with the Young Hoteliers Exposition and Organisation of Bar Professionals, gathered the country’s top culinary purveyors in a five-day show for an unforgettable gastronomic presentation. 500 booths by local and international food and beverage brands filled the 15,000-square-metre space of the World Trade Centre. The expo also turned the spotlight on the culinary talent of the Filipinos with a series of competitions, Chef of the World live cooking demos and the MAFBEX Culinary Cup Home Edition.
