SIMCIC GORIŠKA BRDA REBULA OPOKA 2011

Very ripe fruit in this white with phenolic texture more akin to a red. Full body, chewy and rich. Loads of dried lemon and peach character. Light orange peel. Very low sulphur. caressing. Unique. Gets softer and softer on the palate with air. Like a Pinot Noir in the glass. Wow. Drink now.
