Discover a new dining nook that offers at the heart of Makati’s CBD. Asian comfort food with a Western take. ‘Sup Chow’s chef Francis Lim (of Tipple and Slaw and NAV Thai fame) draws inspiration from his own Chinese roots, presenting traditional dishes in a new way. Appealing to modern diners, unique offerings include the mapo tofu wontons served like a street taco; tantanmisua ( traditional Chinese egg noodle infused with a spicy twist); and creative rice bowls topped with truffle braised beef and char siu barbecue chicken.
