SUN­DAY BRUNCH AT SPI­RAL Dur­ing the whole month of July, Spi­ral’s deca­dent Sun­day Brunch will fea­ture wines from dif­fer­ent French re­gions, start­ing with the south of France on the 9th, Bordeaux on the 16th, Côtes du Rhône on the 23rd, and Bur­gundy on the 30th.

SUN­SET SES­SIONS AT LE BAR En­joy a breath­tak­ing view of Manila Bay while sip­ping on the best French wines at Le Bar, Sof­i­tel’s 1930s art deco, Parisian-style bistro. They will hold wine-tast­ing events ev­ery Fri­day and Satur­day from 5:30 p.m., with wines from the south of France on the 7th and 8th, Bordeaux on the 14th and 15th, Côtes du Rhône on the 21st and 22nd, and Bur­gundy on the 18th and 29th.

WINE-AP­PRE­CI­A­TION CLASS AT LE BAR Dis­cover the won­ders of wine as Sof­i­tel takes you on a jour­ney through France’s wine re­gions at Spi­ral’s wine-ap­pre­ci­a­tion class on the 29th of July at 4 p.m. En­joy an af­ter­noon of sur­pris­ing dis­cov­er­ies and ex­cel­lent wine pair­ings with Tan­guy Gras, Sof­i­tel’s French wine con­nois­seur.

SUN­SET BAR At Sun­set Bar on the 14th of July, in­dulge in a bar­be­cue buf­fet made specif­i­cally for the oc­ca­sion while en­joy­ing the breath­tak­ing fire­works dis­play. The din­ner comes with a round of com­pli­men­tary cock­tails, un­lim­ited iced tea, lo­cal beers and French sparkling wine.

BASTILLE DAY WEEK­END AT SPI­RAL En­joy the best of French cui­sine pre­pared by the Spi­ral master chefs from July 14th to July 16th and a grand fire­works dis­play on the 14th of July. On July 16, 2017, Spi­ral’s Sun­day brunch takes on a his­toric arc with a fea­tured Bloody Revo­lu­tion­ary cock­tail along with its sump­tu­ous spread and live mu­si­cal en­ter­tain­ment.
