Offseason is like... *takes a deep, relaxing breath* During the season, we really have to watch what we eat. Clean food: brown rice, steamed chicken, nothing fried or oily. Offseason is like a vacation for a week or two weeks, or even longer. You just eat whatever. And then once you see your abs fading away and your cuts disappearing, you’re just like, “Wait, I ate too much.” I start getting it back after a week or two. My body type, I gain weight really fast. I’m not like those people who could just eat whatever they want and still be skinny. I really gain a lot. So maybe after a week or two, I’m like, okay, back to watching what I eat!
