Fountain Grove inaugurates entrance gate; land development 85% complete
THE Fountain Grove, which forms part the 53-hectare development of Megaworld’s Northill Gateway located at Barangay Matab-ang in Talisay City, inaugurated its entrance gate in simple rites held yesterday.
Jerry Rubis, first vice president of Suntrust Properties Inc. for sales, marketing, and business development division, led the inauguration where he was joined by property owners Philip and Annaliza “Tata” Lacson, Eugene Lacson Gawat and Hannah Siy Hiari, Fountain Grove manager for regional sales operation.
Rubis said: “We have inaugurated the entrance gate and the initial entrance landscape of this property because we want to show to the people of Bacolod and entire Negros that we are almost done with our land development here at the Fountain Grove.”
He said there will be a 7.5-hectare commercial development which the company takes a very aggressive approach insofar as its de- velopment.
He said the commercial area will be a home for good shops, stores and food chain which will be built in the area.
To complement the township, “we have a 23hectare development of the Fountain Grove which we have inaugurated the entrance gate, the guardhouse and very soon, the Negrenses will see a lot of houses in this development. As of now, we have the model houses and lots of ready-for-occupancy houses that will be built in the area soon.”
He added: “We have developed fast the area and currently, we already reached 85 percent completion and very soon, we will be introducing the houses. We will also start constructing our clubhouse and other amenities. This is our simple gift to the Negrenses by bringing in a community complete with modern amenities that all the families who will be living here will truly enjoy the ambiance, the amenities, and the entire development.”
He said they will be building close to a thousand houses at the Fountain Grove. This will be a very beautiful landmark in this new highway - the Bacolod-silay Airport Access Road.
“Very soon, you will see a lot of developments leading to the airport which we have started by bringing in a township like this,” he added.*
