The retiree was happy that she availed of the services of Dr Sarabia and got operated on her first right eye on May 30, 2023, at the Our Lady of Mercy in Eroreco, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City.

He said that he had a 30 long year of preparation to perform a 30-minute or less eye surgery on his patients where many of whom were indigents.

CLMMRH is now 100% MSICS. “I just want to perfect my skills and craft to be as great as the Doctors who trained me,” he said.

Moreover, his eye patient Melba expressed an unspeakable joy when she regained her eyesight overnight. She was operated on on May 30 and on May 31, she was able to see clearly. Tears of joy flowed out of her eyes, experiencing a great relief of regaining her eyesight.

Dr. Sarabia is so happy to see his patients and happy with his services that sometimes, he did an act of kindness and compassion only to help those who are already hopeless in their eyesight.
