Police Captain Jun Ray Batadlan, chief of Police Station 9, said yesterday that Raffymin Nobleza, 24, of Purok Nami-nami, Barangay Sum-ag, voluntarily surrendered at about 4 p.m.

He said Nobleza surrendered because he was bothered by his conscience.

Nobleza was one of the drivers who hit Eduardo Enriquez, 62, of Purok Magayon, Barangay Sum-ag, at Araneta Street on Sunday.

The Ceres Bus driver who was involved in the accident also voluntarily surrendered after the accident while the driver of the motorcycle is still atlarge.

On Sunday evening, Enriquez was crossing at Araneta Street when he was hit by motorcycle. The victim fell on the ground and he was hit again by a Ceres Bus driven by Regie Lejarso, 38, of Binalbagan, then, a tricycle driven by Nobleza.

Batadlan said there were already a settlement between the bus and tricycle drivers and the family victim.

He said the family of the victim already executed an affidavit of non-interest to file the case against the two drivers.

Batadlan added he is hopeful that the driver of the motorcycle will also surrender and to help the family of the victim.
