2 SLU grads among Social Worker board topnotchers
TWO GRADUATES of Saint Louis University are among the Top 10 of the July 2017 Social Worker licensure examination.
Tracee Joy Sab-it Guinyawan placed fourth with a rating of 84.50% while Amy Angeli Bongaoil Cabansi is in ninth place with 84.00% rating.
SLU had a 90.91% passing rate with 140 passers out of the 154 examinees.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced 3,951 out of 5,997 passed the Social Worker Licensure Examination given by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last July 2017.
Paramisuli Sevilla Aming, a graduate of Mindanao State University in war-torn Marawi City topped the board examination with a rating of 86%.
The PRC said registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line that from August 7 to August 8, 2017. Passers are asked to visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring notice of admission, duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, two pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag) and two sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
